Owner of roofing company facing charges for home improvement fraud
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – It’s a company that claims they will “Solve your Roofing Complications.”
But Sgt. Michael Warren with the Fraud Device at MNPD suggests which is not what the’s hearing from customers in Center Tennessee.

In September 2020, James Kenton, who police say, is the operator of Tennessee MetalRoofing, was billed with Home Improvement Fraud immediately after a person residing in Antioch manufactured a criticism.
”The criticism came in that the gentleman required a roof completed on private residence. They went out and gave him a quotation and just after supplying him a quote they came back and just after supplying him the quotation they came back with a lot a lot more than what their first estimate was,” St. Warren mentioned.
”What we see a large amount is – these border on civil and legal, and not all dwelling enhancement challenges are a criminal offense. But we do have statutes to guard householders. Sgt. Warren also tells News4 that Kenton is no stranger to these allegations.
