Eddie Efekoha joins Executive Committee of African Insurance Organisation

Eddie Efekoha, group managing director/CEO, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance policy (CHI) Plc, has been admitted into the Government Committee of the African Insurance policies Organisation (AIO).

His admission, which took put at the 48th AIO Once-a-year conference and Basic Assembly in Kenya, was in recognition of his immense contribution toward the expansion and development of insurance policy in Nigeria and on African continent.

In his role, apart performing with AIO Secretariat, he is predicted to proceed to use his scarce skills and working experience to deepen the penetration of insurance policy and tackle all issues on the African Coverage landscape.

Efekoha has been a sturdy pillar in the Nigerian insurance business, acquiring come to be the President of the Chartered Insurance policy Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Chairman of Nigerian Insurers Affiliation (NIA) in the past of which he served meritoriously.

Efekoha retains a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance policies and a Master’s degree in Business enterprise Administration both of those from the University of Lagos.

He has worked with foremost Insurance plan Brokerage corporations in prime executive positions together with Hogg Robinson Nigeria, Glanvill Enthoven & Co (Nig.) and Fountain Insurance plan Brokers as pioneer MD/CEO. He was the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of Consolidated Threats Insurers, the earlier President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the 22nd Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Affiliation (NIA) from 2016-2018.
