John Legend calls for more coronavirus relief over images of long line for food bank

John Legend is calling on Congress to provide “immediate cash relief” to Americans amid the coronavirus pandemic, saying that “this is an emergency.”

The “All of Me” singer shared a video with his nearly 14 million Twitter followers on Tuesday showing numerous vehicles forming long lines waiting to collect groceries from a Dallas food bank ahead of Thanksgiving.
