The following links are to columns in the Healthy Actions series by Akron Beacon Journal/USA Today network Consumer columnist and Medical Reporter Betty Lin-Fisher. Many topics in 2018, 2019 and parts of 2020 also include video from a corresponding Facebook Live session with that month’s expert. The topics are in chronological order since the project launched in January 2018. This project stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic and relaunched in May 2022. The format will be slightly different and there will no longer be a Facebook Live component. A Now You Know, Akron podcast will usually be available so you can hear the interview with the expert and videos of the interview may also occasionally be available.
