No matter how you slice it, there is one thing that this new dietary supplement has in common with all of the other known supplements in the health and fitness market: It claims to improve brain function, as well as to protect brain cells from cell death and damage. And like all dietary supplements (and even most prescription medications), 9-Methyl-Caffeine has a variety of purported health benefits, including preventing cancer, reducing symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and possibly preventing diabetes. But does this supplement stand up to scrutiny? Or is there another substance that calls itself a N-acetyl-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) suppressor that is just as effective?

There is no known definitive answer to the question of whether or not the 9-Methyl-Caffeine supplement actually works. After all, there are several different types of studies involving placebo controls, where doctors force participants to take either a placebo or a nootropic (placebo) drug in order to assess how it might affect mood, feelings of functioning and appetite. Most trials have shown that participants who took the placebo reported similar levels of nootropic and other antidepressant effects as those who took 9-me-bc powder.

However, the Mayo Clinic contends that the 9-methyl-carboline nootropic compound is effective when used in combination with a good dietary source of vitamins and nutrients, especially those that have been found to inhibit testosterone at the molecular level. And while DHT is considered to be an androgenic (meaning it affects cells through testosterone) hormone, the Mayo Clinic contends that there is no evidence that it increases the production of DHT in any way. Still, the Mayo Clinic cautions against the use of this nootropic compound in men with hypogonadism, a disorder in which the result is reduced levels of testosterone. In men without hypogonadism, however, use of the 9-methyl-carboline compound has been associated with improved erectile function, increased sex drive, better sexual function and increased libido.

The Mayo Clinic cautions that its research is preliminary and that further studies must be done on both the 9-me-bc supplement and the cognitive function and behavioral outcomes of adolescent males. More research is also needed to verify the safety of long-term use. The most promising finding so far suggests that the 9-methyl-carboline nootropic compound may help to protect cardiovascular health by preventing clots and plaque buildup in arteries and improving blood flow to brain tissue. Preliminary studies suggest that using the 9-me-bc supplement, particularly when taken with magnesium and vitamin B6, may help to prevent and relieve symptoms of depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The ability of the nootropic compounds to stimulate brain cells may also help to prevent and relieve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and other circulatory disorders.

If you are an athlete or want to improve your cognitive performance or physical health, you should consider trying a high-potency supplement that contains 9-methyl-carnitine which you can buy from 9-me-bc manufacturer. No side effects or drug interactions are associated with 9-me-bc benefits and you will see results in as little as two weeks. The more you learn about this powerful nutritional supplement the more you will realize why so many people are including it in their daily regimen.
