Want to know the secrets to a long, healthy, happy life? Like anything else, it takes practice to cultivate a positive mindset, develop good habits and adopt the right lifestyle.

If you’re keen to know more, join Good Housekeeping’s Features Director Jackie Brown as she speaks with our resident GP Dr Sarah Jarvis, alongside psychologist and journalist Dr Sian Williams as well as psychologist and nutrition expert Kimberley Wilson about how to age healthily and happily.

Our panellists will share their best exercise and nutrition advice, unexpected health tips they swear by and their daily habits.

The health panel will also focus on mental wellbeing and how we can look after ourselves and each other better with plenty of opportunity for participants to ask the experts their questions.

Taking place on Friday 24th June, the event is part of GH LIVE in partnership with Dyson, a three-day festival of events to celebrate our 100th anniversary,

It will take place in the elegant setting of Carlton House Terrace, beautifully scented by Zoflora, in the heart of London’s St James’s with guests expected to leave armed with the best tools and advice to become their healthiest, happiest self.

Tickets costs £70 and include the talk, two drinks tokens and access to the GH Live House including the coffee and Champagne bar as well as a special anniversary goody bag to take home.
