If you’re keen to know more, join Good Housekeeping’s Features Director Jackie Brown as she speaks with our resident GP Dr Sarah Jarvis, alongside psychologist and journalist Dr Sian Williams as well as psychologist and nutrition expert Kimberley Wilson about how to age healthily and happily.

The health panel will also focus on mental wellbeing and how we can look after ourselves and each other better with plenty of opportunity for participants to ask the experts their questions.

Taking place on Friday 24th June, the event is part of GH LIVE in partnership with Dyson, a three-day festival of events to celebrate our 100th anniversary,

It will take place in the elegant setting of Carlton House Terrace, beautifully scented by Zoflora, in the heart of London’s St James’s with guests expected to leave armed with the best tools and advice to become their healthiest, happiest self.
